My Marketing Plan for your Listing

 When you list with me, your home gets a ton of exposure. In addition to GA MLS and FMLS (it needs to be on both for greatest exposure), I list your home on Realtor.com as an enhanced listing with lots of photos which means it comes up at the top of the searches. All of my listings regardless of price, get a virtual tour.  Consumers love virtual tours and they get more views than listings without.  In 2008 I was awarded the Online Marketing Excellence award from Realtor.com and my marketing has been showcased in seminars around the country. To sell your home in this market, your home needs to be highly visible which is what I do.
